Workout.
Body is your temple, something sacred you should always take great care of. To feel your best you will gain energy and motivation to proceed with a clear, healthy mind to put fourth your best efforts. These few workouts below I swear by and you don't have to kill yourself to do so. It's all about getting into the routine and pushing yourself, even if its for 30 minutes a day you will notice a big result and so will everyone else.
I am the last one that wants to feel that, "sick" feeling, because of that, like to switch up my workout's, one day a heavy workout, the next day yoga. You need to remember to take a day to rest and get enough sleep otherwise you will not get the results you desire. Your body needs to recover in order to build, and yes, alcohol is a big one to stay away from. One glass of red wine or believe it or not tequila is the best thing to drink if you want to indulge. I also juice a lot and drink at least a shot of ginger every day to keep up my energy and stomach feeling clean and light.

Do you want your gluts to get a little ass kick? Walk at an incline for 5 minutes to start, rest then add another 5 minutes. Keep going until you're a pro! Small moves for big results.

BARRE CLASS:
If you are feeling a little "bulky" and no I'm not talking "fat" but if you want to slim down and get slender and toned muscles this is the workout for you! I have done this and totally transformed my problem area (hips and thighs). Now they are slender and able to fit into jeans and dresses I couldn't before. Just to warn you it does work muscles you're not used to so just push through it and know it will be worth it in the end!

I do not opt to do this work out everyday but maybe once a week or every other week. I love to keep looking lean but this is great to give you arms, abs and leg definition.

Great to burn calories fast if you're trying to loose weight or gain leg and glut muscle. I started to spin when I was training for a marathon to save my shins and calves. This sure helped my endurance and leg strength to pull me through until the end!

Ok, not for everyone but you can do this anywhere. Preferably if you have access to a gym or nice weather outside. If you hate to run what I love is to run for 3 minutes and walk for 2 minutes. Keep doing this for 30 minutes. This will help bring your up and down leading to more calories burned than just straight running. Some great music to run to:
